Photographs: My Harry Potter Weekend

As I promised in my last post I took a couple of photographs while at my Harry Potter weekend this weekend. If you cant tell from the picture I went as Nymphadora Tonks. I was proud of my costume because I spent the night before reading her various book descriptions and made my costume based on the book version rather than the film version. 10628351_10154597246745532_3386541547195259859_nTo be honest, I really miss her short bubblegum pink hair in the films.

Someone else came dressed as Professor McGonagall, which looked fantastic, there was a Draco Malfoy and of course I had my Lupin with me.

We spent the night feasting on butterbeer, cauldron cakes, acid pops, chocolate frogs and Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans. The trip to the supermarket for some of the ingredients was interesting, we kept our costumes on and ended up being followed around by small children and getting strange looks from their parents. Muggles are adorable.
